Group's Rules of Membership

All members of the Group will ensure the availability of maximum information throughout the Group by distributing any documents from the national bodies, including drafts and proposed clarifications/changes, which are made available to them.

Any external communication intended for the Group, which is received by any member of the Group, and in particular the Spokesperson, must be circulated throughout the Group immediately.

All members of the Group, and in particular the Spokesperson, will accurately represent the agreements and decisions reached within the Group.

No representative of the Central Working Body, or other member of the Group, will attempt to represent the Group in individual negotiations with external bodies, without the authorisation of the Central Working Body to do so, and then will operate within the parameters agreed.
